About SEDL’s ZLD Process
Pre-Filtration System
Effluent is slightly treated by removing dirt, oil, and balancing pH, then sent to an evaporator to recover clean water.
Evaporation Stage
In the first stage, the MVR-based LTE® evaporator removes excess water and recovers it efficiently using minimal energy or utility.
Crystallization
After maximum recovery in LTE®, the concentrated effluent enters the FCE to reach salt saturation, lowering dryer moisture and cost.
Drying Stage
In the final ZLD stage, remaining moisture is evaporated, forming dry powder, ensuring complete Zero Liquid Discharge with no effluent release.
