How it works
The motor drives the shaft connected to hydrofoil blades inside the vessel.
As the blades rotate, they push the viscous fluid vertically, creating a circulation loop within the vessel.
This circulation causes turbulent mixing that keeps solids suspended and improves circulation.
The agitator speed can be varied to adjust the intensity of mixing depending on the fluid properties and process requirements.
The mechanical seals prevent leaks while allowing continuous rotation under vacuum or pressure conditions.
