Its compact design incorporates a static mixer, eliminating the need for mechanical stirring, thusreducing maintenance issues.
How it works
Molasses flow through a corrugated shell containing structured deflectors that create vigorous mixing via direct contact.
Heat from low-pressure vapors and NCGs is used to warm the molasses, promoting crystal dissolution without water addition.
The system operates with a minimal temperature difference (0–1°C approach temperature) to maximize energy efficiency.
It can handle fluctuating vapor pressures and operates without flooding or mechanical agitation.
Process parameters are monitored and controlled via automation, with manual override available.
